Responsibilities
• Must have flexibility in schedule• Direct the efforts of co-workers• Ensure efficiency and proper levels of service• Move supplies across the resort• Provide superior service to customers• Assist in scheduling and completing deep cleans• Maintain cleanliness and safety of property• Respond to emergency situations• Maintain records and logs• Facilitate budget preparation
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• At least four years of custodial or housekeeping experience• Supervisory experience preferred• Clean driving record required• Ability to deal with guests and personnel in a courteous manner• Ski or snowboard ability preferred• Spanish fluency preferred• Ability to work in inclement weather• Ability to work standing for long periods• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
