Housekeeping Supervisor

Job summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains a clean and safe community for residents, family members, guests, and associates by coordinating and directing all housekeeping services.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities• Inspect associates' work performance• Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outs• Investigate complaints about service and equipment• Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc.• Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates• Remain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulations
Requirements
• High school graduate; some college preferred• 3-5 years' experience as a supervisor and/or in a housekeeping lead role
