Responsibilities
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests• Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel• Assign duties, examine work for accuracy, and ensure adherence to standards• Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing• Inspect and prepare clean units for guest occupancy• Assist in training and development of staff members• Report engineering issues• Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions• Valid Driver's License• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English• Basic to intermediate computer skills• Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred• Pass background check, drug test, and eligibility to work in the US
