Job Description Are you ready to be a crucial part of an exceptional hospitality experience? We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Rooms Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties: Welcome and acknowledge all guests and phone calls following proper etiquette guidelines. Provide the Welcome Center and Front Desk with a daily inventory of units required for check-in. Accurately process all room-related information, including housekeeping service requirements and clean room reports. Update room status by color-coding the property grid and making status changes in HotSOS and Fusion systems. Communicate with the Front Desk regarding daily unit inventory, VIP unit needs, and cleaning service requirements. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all departments. Professionally communicate with housekeeping leadership about unexpected checkouts, VIP arrivals, cleaning services, pre-registered rooms, clean room updates, and owner unit status. Assign daily cleaning tasks to the housekeeping teams. Keep daily records of the number of units cleaned and serviced by the Housekeeping Department and external contractors. Receive updates from inspectors on units in inspection status and determine their readiness for inventory. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned. 25 WPM typing speed. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to lift 30 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
