Responsibilities
• Manage daily Housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and quality standards• Obtain work assignments and assign duties to Housekeeping Attendants• Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed• Manage Marriott Housekeeping systems and procedures, cost controls, and profitability• Inspect rooms and make recommendations for repairs or replacements• Secure guestrooms and control key procedures• Manage hotel laundry operation• Monitor and develop team members performance• Conduct departmental orientation training and prepare reports• Assist in controlling expenses of the Housekeeping Department
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position in a full-service hotel in a manager capacity• Prior experience in Marriott Hotels or full-service hotel brand will be helpful
