Local Cleaners Stl in Florissant, MO is looking for one housekeeper to join our 7 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our customer homes in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Deliver excellent customer service Maintain equipment in good condition Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Check stocking levels of all consumables Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies Wash windows, windowsills, doors, and spot clean interior walls as needed Disinfect work areas, door knobs, and other high-touch areas Perform periodic deep-cleans on all designated areas Empty trash and remove for pickup and disposal Perform other projects and duties as assigned Skills Proven cleaning experience demonstrated on resume Ability to work independently and remain self motivated Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language High School Degree / GED Requirements and Qualifications: Previous cleaning experience within the last two years (STRONG!Y RECOMMENDED) Minimum of 21 years of age Reliable transportation is REQUIRED Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Capable of speaking, writing, and reading English Job Type: Part-time
