Details of the offer

1. 16 Rooms Per Day 8 Hrs.
2. No TV, Radios, or Cell Phones on during work shifts
3. Two 10 minute breaks
4. When room assignments are complete, must report to supervisor.
5. Report any clean and unused rooms as well as No Service (NS).

8:30 A. M.-Weekdays ( MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 9AM)
Receive room assignment papers and key(s) for the floor(s) on which they will be working and must sign for the key(s) upon receipt and return it at the end of their shift.
BEFORE CLEANING OF GUEST ROOMS YOU MUST:
A. Load your cart (sheets, pillow cases, towels, supplies, etc.).
B. Then proceed to clean rooms. (Cart when loaded weights between 75 & 80
pounds). Carts are to be PUSHED not pulled.
TO CLEAN A ROOM: A. Dust all cobwebs from ceiling to floor using a broom. Make sure you get
behind the drapes.
B. Change bed linen every day, (stay over & check-outs).
Some rooms have one (1) bed, some have two (2) and some have one (1) bed plus a sofa bed that needs to be checked everyday but does not mean that it has been used everyday. Some days also have to change rollaway and cribs. Check bedspreads & blankets for stains send to laundry if necessary. C. Dust all furniture including picture frames, mirror frames, dressers,
(inside and outside) desks etc.
D. Clean mirrors. TV. Screens & clean the interior of windows and
window- sills.
E. Clean chairs, tables, dressers and inside all drawers. Also check behind dressers for trash. F. Replace any paper work that is gone or looks tattered (i.e. literature,
stationary, guest directories).
G. Clean any dirty spots up off the carpets and walls.
H. Sweep carpet edges.
I. Clean dirty vent covers.
J. Check doors, clean inside & outside of doors including door frames and kick plates.
K. Vacuum all carpet in room every day.
L. Spray a deodorizer in every room.
M. Report all maintenance issues to the housekeeping Supervisor.
TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM:
A. Sweep the bathroom floor and remove any hair after cleaning with roller.
B. Scrub down the wall behind tub/shower combination. Rinse with hot water and use squeegee.
C. Scrub down bathtub, rinse with hot water, use squeegee.
D. Clean toilet inside of bowl, under rim, and flush. Also clean the whole outside of the toilet with all purpose cleaner, then towel dry.
E. Clean mirror with glass cleaner, dry so that mirror is spot and streak free.
F. Clean sink with all purpose cleaner and dry.
G. Clean faucet and fixtures, dry so that they are spot free.
H. Clean coffee maker & wash and dry coffee pot.
I. Clean ice bucket. Wash & dry if used.
J. Clean Kleenex box and Toilet Paper Holder. Make sure there is plenty of Kleenex and Toilet Paper.
K. Clean spots and scuff marks from walls.
L. Wash and dry all trash cans. Every trash can, must have a liner.
M. When you replace the glasses, make sure they are free of spots and they are not broken.
N. Replace amenities (i.e. guest soap, shampoo, shower cap, towels,
and glasses).
O. Sweep the floor again, and then mop the floor with your all purpose cleaner. Use roller. (Use a scrub brush for stubborn stains and dirt).
Personnel Issues: 1. Abide by payroll policies, procedures (punch in/punch out) and rules of conduct as stated in Wyndham employee handbook.
2. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees as well as guests.
3. Report any unusual occurrences and/or request to the immediate supervisor/MOD.
4. Read and abide by all the regulations and rules to the immediate supervisor/MOD
