Job summary
A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotelThey service guest rooms daily, stock carts with room supplies, and replace bed linens and replenish guest room suppliesThey may also be responsible for conducting 'deep cleaning' activities within guest rooms

Responsibilities
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift• Complete pre-cleaning duties and remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager• May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room for deep cleaning
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
