Housekeeper - $ /Hr

Job summary
A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.They service guest rooms daily, following hotel procedures and stocking carts with supplies.They may also be responsible for conducting 'deep cleaning' activities in guest rooms with preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.• Complete pre-cleaning duties and remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.• May be required to disassemble furniture for deep cleaning tasks.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, with experience in a hotel or related field.• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly.• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
