Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring for a Part-time Front of House Supervisor. This position does give the opportunity to reach closer to full-time hours with the ability to have server shifts as well. This position is responsible for ensuring profitable restaurant operations while overseeing the front-of-house staff in their department. Primary functions of this role are overseeing floor shifts, completing daily money management tasks, coaching, and developing of hourly staff.
The right candidate will have 5+ years in Restaurants (Hospitality), Open/Flexible availability, Leadership or management experience, excellent communication skills, Computer skills, and a Positive Attitude.

This position would allow for you to also work on the floor as a Server or Bartender to reach up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Manage the daily profitable operations of the restaurant during your assigned shifts; Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to all staff during the shift; Ensure that quality standards for food and service are consistently met; Handle any customer complaints/issues according to company procedures; Must be willing/able to assist in any area of the restaurant, and therefore must be proficient in Host, Expo, Server and Bar positions. Required Experience/Qualifications: 5 Years in the Hospitality Industry (Serving, Bartending or Management experience preferred); Excellent Communication Skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Leadership Skills; Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts; Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs; Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications Problem solving abilities, be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations; Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH. Serve Safe Certification a plus.
