Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the renovation of a historical hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, renovation, hotel and/or multi-family experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop a detailed project plan and timeline in coordination with the hotel owners and contractors. Monitor and oversee the progress of the renovation project, making necessary changes and updates to the plan as needed. Manage day-to-day operations throughout the renovation, working to ensure all aspects of the project are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all contractors and suppliers are adhering to the appropriate safety regulations and standards. Manage all aspects of the budget for the project and work with the hotel owners to ensure all costs are kept under control. Perform regular inspections of the renovation work and ensure quality is maintained throughout the process. Resolve any conflicts between contractors and hotel owners. Communicate regularly with the hotel owners and other stakeholders to ensure the project is on track. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, renovation, hotel and/or multi-family experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage costs.
