You can expect to handle various tasks, including reconciling financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of billing information. Each night, you'll be the key contact person for any late-night arrivals or guest inquiries. You'll greet them with a smile and assist them in making their stay memorable.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills by handling any unexpected situations that may arise. Your schedule will be from 12 am to 8 am, allowing you to embrace the night owl lifestyle.
