Potential full-time hours are available if the schedule is flexibleResponsibilities:Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentagesPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementProcess additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as requiredEnsure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the propertyDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredQualifications:Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonusDiploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desiredGreat communications. and excellent customer service skills are requiredFlexible overnight hours are requiredExperience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not requiredAbout Company:Homewood Suites by Hilton Davidson takes pride in being a fun environment to work in with a great management team and staff.
