Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems• Utilize CMMS to track work orders and document maintenance activities• Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects, including managing contractors and vendors• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Requirements
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance• Proficiency in using logic controllers and other relevant equipment• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management is a plus
