Responsibilities
• Assist other technicians and engineers with maintenance tasks• Complete work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments• Adhere to engineering safety norms and procedures• React to emergencies before, during, and after work shifts
Requirements
• Ability to use web-based software, preferably facilities maintenance software• 2-4 years of maintenance experience required• High school diploma or equivalent GED• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Driver's license and outstanding driving record
Key Skills Needed
• HVAC experience preferred
