• Make deliveries to guest rooms for requested items• Retrieve and distribute clean linens• Collect and dispose of trash and dirty linens• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and workspaces• Provide excellent service to guests

• 1 year experience as a houseperson or housekeeper strongly desired• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products• Proven customer service experience• High school diploma or equivalent certification• Exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
