Mountain Resort- Estes Park, CO CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 10 plus years of CURRENT General Manager experience WITH AN INDEPENDENT RESORT Prefer to have experience with a historic property! Minimal Corporate Experience Focused Experience in the Leisure Travel Segment Our Resort General Manager will manage the hotel's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through members of the hotel team. The Resort General Manager will ensure staff receives proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The Resort General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds, ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance. The Resort General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. The Resort General Manager will be a role model for our team, and able to motivate and lead them to provide the best experience for our guests!
