Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are now hiring for Front Desk Clerk at the Quality Inn - Cleveland TN .  This is a Full-time OR Part-time position.  Flexible schedule available.  Come and apply in-person for immediate consideration.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team. Responsibilities: Sell and up-sell rooms to walk-ins and phone reservations. Know and adhere to hotel brands and standards. Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person Maintain a constant goal of 100% guest satisfaction. Must have professional telephone & communication skills and general computer knowledge. Must have patience and understanding for every person that is encountered.  Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc. Necessary Skills: Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation available. Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively by writing, telephone, and personal meeting situations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus. Must be organized, honest, and work well with others, and have an outgoing personality.
