We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team part-time. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now!PM Shift AvailabilityResponsibilities:Mitigate customer complaints as neededPerform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctGive every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsQualifications:1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredHas previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsHas experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situationsDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsMust have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalentAbout Company:Our hotel is 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport via free shuttle.
