Responsibilities
• Field customer complaints when necessary• Greet, check-in, and check out guests• Distribute keys and room assignments• Record credit card information• Keep accurate records of hotel guest account information• Work with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs• Handle room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests
Requirements
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry preferred• Previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Previous experience or working knowledge of reservation management systems• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
