Responsibilities
• Represent first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of a guest's stay• Accommodate and anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and professionally• Act as information liaison for the property and guests• Serve as point of contact for up-to-date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events• Process and collect payments, adhering to all cashier procedures• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Requirements
• Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience• Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems• Flexible schedule• Task-driven individual who can focus on guest satisfaction• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious, and professional attitude
Key Skills Needed
• Strong interpersonal skills• Administrative skills• Driver's License with a clean record
