Hotel Finance Director

Hotel Finance Director Location Nashville, TN : Create monthly financial statements including P&L, comparative income statement, financial commentary on performance and related reports Create weekly cash forecasts Produce commentary on week prior and week ahead revenue and expense projections via weekly flash report Collaborate with on-property leaders on the creation of monthly forecast Recruit, train and develop accounting staff in daily finance operations to include performing daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashier and income audit Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly Prepare and file all monthly tax returns Lead weekly labor meetings and work with operators to ensure complete understanding and utilization of labor management system Create annual business plan including commentary and supplemental reporting Maintain internal controls, prepare for annual audit by validating systems are in place and processes are being followed Maintain all contracts, leases, concession and service agreements Champion all standard operating procedures Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
