If you want to be valued and make a difference…apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESSupport all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.Ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.Manage the front desk department including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.Ensure the front desk is run in a professional manner in accordance with management company and hotel policies.Assist the front desk staff during busy periods and staff shortages.Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager by supervising and supporting the Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, and Housekeeping Departments.Assist with budgeting, forecasting and inventory controls.Maximize revenue by monitoring ADR & occupancy compared to budget.Exhibit unmatched customer service skills and a positive attitude with team and customers.Review and process invoices.Manage guest complaints at the hotel though hotel review sites (Medallia)Performs all other duties as assigned by General ManagerQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years management experience at a full-service hotel, and/or two years restaurant food and beverage management experience.Strong administrative and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and consistently.Experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue management, and forecasting.
