Job Summary
As a Host, you will provide a warm, friendly, and immediate greeting to guests at the door, as well as on the phone. You will seat all guests and maintain the details of the reservation system throughout each shift.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions Seating guests at tables and assigning them to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
