Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.• Manage the reservation system, seating guests promptly and efficiently, and maintaining an organized seating chart.• Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed of the status of their table.• Anticipate and address guest needs, such as special requests or accommodations.• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and lobby area.• Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, bar area and restrooms.
Requirements
• No previous experience required; we provide on-the-job training!• Must be at least 17 years old.• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.• Willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time.• Willing to work in a hot and noisy environment.
