Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring for a host! Our hosts know that first impressions are everything. They welcome our guests upon arrival and help create a friendly and cordial environment. If you enjoy creating a warm & inviting atmosphere for guests, we cannot wait to meet you.
What we're looking for: Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phone
Ability to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times.
Planning and organizing dining room seating for the evening Answering the phones and providing information about the restaurant
Clearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employees
Controlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfaction
Team player; you're always willing to give and ask for help
