Assist in seating, keeping the outlet clean, and preparing the outlet for service. Follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience at a level consistent with an upscale dining environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Greets and seats guest in a promptly manner + Monitors guest's needs and responds to them in a cordial manner. + Take dining reservations via Open Table efficiently and accurately, account and update open table to reflect open tables + Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to designated personnel + Provide guests with menus and information about the service team such as who their server will be + Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas as well as maintaining proper supplies for work station and restaurant + Answer telephone lines in a courteous and prompt manner + Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position + Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards + Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications + 6 months of experience preferred + High School graduate or equivalent preferred + Must be at least 18 years of age + Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company + Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards + Health Physical Requirements + Regularly walk, stand or stoop, bend + Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. + Hearing, vision, speech and literacy (critical) + Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity Work Environment Potential Conditions + Indoor and outdoor + Smoky and noisy + Extreme hot and cold temperatures, including humidity + Slippery surfaces, chemical agents, and exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
