Hospitality - Steward

LVH is a leader in ultra-luxury home-sharing. Catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their families, and business associates through a network of thousands of full-service homes in over 100 international destinations. The Steward/ess is the key member of staff to anticipate the guests' needs and fulfill their requests as well as ensuring an unforgettable personalized experience for every guest. This role will require wearing many hats from housekeeping, food and beverage service, bartender, beach and pool service, valet, concierge, and personal shopping.
Responsibilities: Ensure a personalized vacation experience for guests
Manage all in-home services of the guests
Ensure all home, amenities and operating systems are in order
Assist with meal service
Supervises home team and vendors
Provide continuous oversight and quality control during each Guest stay
Effectively communicate with Ambassador, Guest and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are met
Ensure consistency of service delivery and ensure expectations are always exceeded
Relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour

Qualifications: 2 or more years of customer service in Luxury Hospitality, Restaurant, Yacht, or related area
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends & Holidays
Excellent social skills and knowledge of proper etiquette
