As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries with patience and compassion. You will be the friendly face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and service needs via phone, email, online chat, and written communication
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Offer excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding concerns, and providing effective solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Availability to work the scheduled shift (11 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday)
Training and Compensation:
- Initial training period: 9 AM - 5:30 PM for 3 weeks
- Regular shift hours: 11 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday
- Competitive pay rate: $17 - $18 per hour
