POSITION DETAILS: 90% Clinical (164 12-hour shifts/year)10% Admin Responsibilities Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred with a history of clinical or quality project sponsorship. Candidate should possess the ability to lead change, inspire and motivate, coalesce a team, is enthusiastic and creates great relationships. Foster strong partnership with the facility C-suite.
