About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Information Management (HIM), Finance, or Hospital Billing Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in formulating and defining business objectives, conducting functional analysis, and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define business scope and objectives through comprehensive research and analysis.
Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing.
Develop prototypes, functional specifications, and data mapping to drive effective solutions.
Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, ensuring seamless operations.
Provide end-user support for application configuration and in-house developed applications.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Skills: Proficiency in requirements management, diagramming, and use case development. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Scheduling, ADT, HIM, Hospital Billing, or Billing System roles is advantageous.
