• Greet and check-in patients at the front desk• Update patient records• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations• Assist with medical administrative support tasks• Collaborate with the office team for smooth operations• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality• Proficiency in using computer systems and software• Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred• Strong written and oral communication skills• Strong team skills• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• High school diploma or GED equivalent• 1+ years of experience in a front office setting preferred• Hospice experience is a plus• Able to pass a criminal background check• Solid past employment history and verifiable references
