Job Summary:The Hospice Intake Coordinator at University Home Care in Livonia, Michigan is responsible for facilitating the intake process for hospice patients and their families. This position is Full-time and hourly, and the individual will work with the rest of the teams as well as being able to work independently as a contributor to the hospice care team.
