We are looking for a dedicated home care scheduler to schedule for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.Job DescriptionThe Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field staff and aiding the office staff.Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of caregivers.Making sure that new caregivers and current caregivers are scheduled within the start of care for our client's time expectations.Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays.Notifies clients about caregiver schedules and assures smooth communication with the team to clients/caregivers.Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process.Works closely with Client service manager/ recruiting to help on-board new clients and manage clear schedules.Performs rotating on-call coordinator.Preferred Work ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentExperience in homecare scheduling greatly preferred.Strong attention to detail and goal orientedExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesRequires skills and abilities related to working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $18.00 - $22/hr
