Job Description:
As a Home Loan Center Inside Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in originating real estate loans for branch customers, particularly in areas currently not covered by Loan Officers. Your responsibilities include:
- Originate standard residential mortgage loans via telephone and internet, focusing on customers referred by identified branches of the Bank.
- Originate residential mortgage loans for Bank employees.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's underwriting guidelines and those set by the Bank's investors, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements for residential loan origination.
- Set up originated loans in the Bank's system and ensure processing through submission for underwriting.
- Participate in internal training sessions, internal sales meetings, and external training opportunities.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field required (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
- NMLS registration required.
- 4 or more years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
- Demonstrated success in consistent origination, closing, and funding of mortgage loans.
- Proficiency in mortgage procedures, regulations, underwriting, and loan processes.
- Effective presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to mortgage loan origination.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

- Monthly guarantee of $3,000.
