Responsibilities
• Evaluate major systems of a home• Communicate findings• Provide exceptional customer service• Attention to detail in written and verbal communication• Work independently and punctually• Perform inspections in various weather conditions• Pass all employment screenings• Authorize background and driving checks• Availability Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays• Approximately 40 hours per week
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail• Proficient computer skills• Valid driver's license and insurance• Ability to work in various weather conditions and access crawl spaces• Pass all employment screenings• Authorize background and driving checks• Availability Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
