Similar experience with home health scheduling is strongly preferred. : The Home Health Scheduler Full Time is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our patients and their caregivers from intake to discharge for our Home Health office.
Essential Job Functions may include: Contacts patients to: advise them of the order placed on their behalf and to confirm all patient demographic information; to communicate any financial responsibilities and/or additional information necessary for processing the order received Scheduling Discipline visits and collaborating with staff providing patient care Communicating with community Healthcare providers to assist in patient care Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures Why Join Our Team?
