Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Lake Forest Park, WA (Near Seattle)
About Us: We are a reputable home health care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a patient in Lake Forest Park, WA. The position offers full benefits and paid time off (PTO), with a schedule of two days a week, Wednesday and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (32 hours per week).
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and capable RN to provide home health care services to our patient in Lake Forest Park, WA. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to accommodate the patient's needs and ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to the patient according to their individualized care plan. Assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor the patient's vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Utilize downtime effectively while ensuring readiness to respond to the patient's needs. Qualifications:
Active Washington State RN license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related setting. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits:
