You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your typical day will include:
Conducting patient assessments Administering medications Performing wound care Educating patients and families on self-care management Monitoring vital signs Providing emotional support and companionship To be successful in this role, you must have: An active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
