Job Posting - Home Health Aide Advantage Health - Home Health Aide Job Description Advantage Health is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. This part-time position requires providing care and assistance to individuals in their homes. Please note that this is not a remote job.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide medication reminders Assist in meal preparation and feeding if necessary Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe and clean environment Transport clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals Ensure clients' well-being and safety at all times Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Compassionate and patient nature Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
