Responsibilities
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations• Educate customers on proper appliance usage• Manage on-truck inventory• Attend paid training sessions and meetings• Uphold company values and provide exceptional customer service• Take on additional duties when needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid Arizona driver's license and a copy of the current AZ driver's abstract• Strong technical abilities and a 'can-do attitude'• Good driving record and minimum of 1 year of experience• Ability to lift approximately 100 lbs• Certification in appliance repair or an AAS degree preferred• 1 year of experience in the appliance industry preferred• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
