Fanatics is also dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where we all live, work, and play through strategic philanthropic initiatives.The purpose of this role is to develop and manage marketing campaigns for our high price trading card products (hobbyproducts) for Bundesliga, UEFA Club Competitions, Formula 1, Star Wars, etc. The aim is to grow the number of collectors and the community in GSA. This role will work together internally with the marketing and sales team and business partners, developing overarching campaigns for the most important entertainment and sport cards collections on our own channels and with external partners and platforms. The Hobby Manager Marketing GSA's scope includes all touchpoints like instore, events, influencers, media, breakers, and establish a strong relationship with all stakeholders.Responsibilities: Analyse the market opportunities and needs, pick up trendsDevelopment of a an overarching strategy for the hobby category in GSADevelop country specific priorities to grow the respective marketDefine and implement activation to support hobby category salesBenchmarking with competition (campaigns, releases, pricing,…)Working together with agencies, influencers, testimonials, media partners and licensorsCreate campaign plans and periodical reportingKnowledge/Skills/Experience:Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing concepts to increase salesExcellent oral and written communication skills in German and EnglishIdeally a sports fan with a strong understanding of the commercial landscapeConnected with sports, eSports, trading cards and / or any other pop cultural phenomenaIdeally Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro) skillsEngagement with influencers and flagship stores in hobby & entertainment categoryAbility to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to changeOrganised work method and ability to prioritize tasksComfortable presenting to senior stakeholdersCompetencies:Proactive partnership builderPlanning & organizational attitudeRelevant marketing experience (3-5yrs)Resolutive and "can do" attitudePositive mindsetEnsure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
