Job Title : ServiceNow Developer ITSM + CSM + CMDB + Integration (Telecom Domain) Location : Remote Duration : 12 + Months Mandatory Skills : ITSM + CSM + CMDB + Integration (Telecom Domain) Job Description: 7+ years of ServiceNow experience . ServiceNow Lead / Developer for Team have multi-faceted skills to perform the full life cycle development of the user stories that get assigned to the Sprint Backlog. Execute Requirement Sessions with the client, document them into Technical Requirements Experience in implementing / Configuring ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, TNI and Applications and Complex integrations. Experience in multisource data ingestions into ServiceNow CMDB, Inventory and Foundation data scheme using multiple Integration methods. Experience in REST/ API, Service Graph connectors for data ingestions from data sources to ServiceNow. Knowledge in AWS, Terraform, Ansible integrations for automation and provisioning use case. Knowledge of Telecom and Network Architecture including the OSS, BSS system understanding. Experience in Core ServiceNow Platform Customizations. Experience in application development and Core JAVA programming skills. Experience in integrations utilizing Integration HUB spokes, Integrations with 3rd party and Micro Services. Experience in flow designer configurations for workflows. Experience in playbook configurations. Proven ability to design Integration solutions using REST API web services. Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform. Experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions leveraging, involving enterprise software. Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, Shell scripting, Active Directory.
