Responsibilities Assists all request made in medical record department per director request if other employees need assistance or physician and nursing staff request assistance. Repairs charts when needed. Handles patient medical records in confidential mannerism. Handles patient telephone calls and requests in confidential mannerism. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma, GED, Metropolitan Test or equivalent.
Experience: Must be able to work under stress and be a team worker; must be highly motivated and have good communication and organizational skills; ability to work without close supervision.
