HHC Family Support Specialist Reports To: Director of Resident Services
Salary Range: Grant Funded $18 - $25.00 hour ($37,440-$52,000 Annual)
Summary of Position: This is a grant-funded postion that performs and ensures the completion of a variety of administrative and professional duties to accomplish the goals of the Healthy Home Connections Project. Provides family support services to include, but not be limited to, education, training, and community-building with partners, families, and schools. Services may be provided in family homes, provider offices, school and/or other community locations. Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with beneftis.
