Responsibilities
• Achieve personal production goals and client service objectives through telephone interactions• Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate products via phone and web-based delivery• Deliver an engaging client experience and communicate consistently with clients• Coach and develop branch partners to identify investment and insurance opportunities• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, procedures, and record management requirements• Complete assigned training and continuing education• Maintain current knowledge of investment and insurance solutions and market conditions• Lead assigned branch teams to achieve branch investment targets• Develop and leverage relationships with internal partners remotely and over the phone• Conduct proactive inbound/outbound calling activities to achieve growth goals
Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma• At least 1 year of experience in investment sales• Must hold State Health and Life, Series 7, Series 63, and 65/66 licenses• Preferred: Bachelor's degree• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in an investments area• Preferred: Experience developing and leveraging relationships remotely or over the phone• Must have effective communication skills and attention to detail• Must be committed to excellence in service and follow-up
