Location: Patrick SFB, FL
S2Technologies is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to support AFTAC and sustain/enhance the 709th Cyber Support Squadron's capabilities to provide cyberspace mission assurance for AFTAC's global enterprise.
Job Responsibilities: Respond and resolve computer service desk tickets according to mission requirements. Troubleshoot hardware and software, provide support to higher headquarters in computer network connectivity Work with multiple work centers to produce local solutions to unique network issues, Notify customers and work toward correcting network outages Reset Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) pin numbers for authenticating user certificates (encrypted/digital). Be knowledgeable on CLOUD computing, administration, and support. Provide daily support services via a walk-up window, call-in hotline, email, and online AFTAC ticketing system. Provide on-call service desk support as needed. Experience: 4+ years of relevant helpdesk experience Education: None Certifications: IAT Level 2 Certification Computer Environment Certification Security Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility Other Position Requirements: S2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
