Position:

Tier 1 Technician

Description:

Join CNR Technologies as a Tier 1 technician, where you'll deliver top-notch technical support directly to our clients. Your role involves resolving various technical issues and providing support through multiple channels, including onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support. Join us in a dynamic environment where you'll refine your IT skills and contribute to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Resolving client issues such as domain, email, printing, imaging computers and laptops, account setup, and working on servers
Providing support via onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support
Traveling to client locations for issue resolution, primarily in Woodstock and surrounding areas, with occasional travel beyond this region

Skills and Requirements:

Any current CompTIA certification preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with clients on technical issues, expectations, and results
Experience resolving technical issues on Windows platforms (Printers, Outlook, Office, etc.)
Comfortable working additional hours as needed
Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
Bonus: High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
