Responsibilities
• Staff the Help Desk• Answer users' calls and record necessary information• Offer assistance over the phone and resolve problems• Assign center or appropriate area for resolution• Log and report data on calls received
Requirements
• 7 years progressive experience in a business ADP environment• Experience troubleshooting software issues and providing user support• Experience supporting data warehousing software• Familiarity with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments• Familiarity with JIRA and HEAT• Master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business management, or 3 additional years of experience• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
