About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding network of high-value dealers, proudly affiliated with major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).Committed to setting the industry standard for excellence, we offer a diverse range of OEM-certified parts and accessories to our valued customers. 
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the accurate receipt and storage of parts, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring compliance with OEM standards. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external, optimizing resource utilization and expenses. Ordering non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts suppliers as required. Managing all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and record-keeping standards. Motivating and developing staff through coaching, mentoring, and training. Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a proven track record of success. Skills: Proficient in inventory control, pricing strategies, and comprehensive parts management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships. Technical: Proficiency in computer processing, including spreadsheet and database tools. Benefits:
